More for Day 4! Thank you, thank you; I really wanted to make that rhyme. I did it just for you.
We have 2 on this day.
Greetings! I hope everyone is well and fine. More stops today.
First, a randomly-inserted audiobook update – I’m still arguing with Audacity (audio editing software). We may need to seek couples counseling.
Here are today’s blog tour stops for the Wild Spirits of the Hollow. Fun times!
Chapter 1 Excerpt plus giveaway on Paranormalists
Greetings! I have a book out. It is only available as an ebook at the moment due to some unforeseen issues with the paperback. It isn’t me this time, I swear.
I am in various internet places all week, so I will be posting links. I should also mention that at least some of these places have a giveaway attached for the yet-unreleased paperback. I am in possession of the only 3 authorized copies in existence at the moment, and I’m giving 2 of them away on blog tour.
Anyway, here are today’s links. Please be sure to visit and like and comment if you have a few moments. Bloggers tend to like that sort of thing.
Yet more antics shall ensue upon the morrow, so stay tuned!
And if you’d like to jump directly to the book on Amazon, here is the link.
Hey-o! Though I have been absent, I yet live.
This book is out. I have a creepy story called Carnival in it.
A longer thing that I wrote will be available soon. It’s $1.99 while it’s in preorder. The price will increase after the book comes out on 8/28.
I am currently busy working on too many things and plan to return to the blog on a somewhat regular basis in about a month or so.
Oh, I DO have a blog tour lined up for some days in September, so I will post links for those stops once they are up and running.
I set it up through Bewitching Blog Tours, and I have to say that I am very impressed so far. Roxanne really has her stuff together. Here’s the link for Bewitching Blog Tours if you’re an author and you’d like to check it out. And no one paid me to say that. But, you know, if someone wanted to offer a discount in the future… 🙂
That’s it for now. I’ll return around the 28th. Party on, Wayne.
Hey there! I have not one, but TWO exciting updates today.
First: the all-important audiobook update. All first-round editing sessions are now complete. All initial bits that needed to be rerecorded have been rerecorded. Next step is to patch those puppies in. I’m not doing that today because I have different tasks to attend to.
I also have a preorder! Wild Spirits of the Hollow is now available on Amazon for $1.99. The price will go up when the book comes out.
If you’re a blogger and/or a reviewer, I am planning a blog tour. If you’d like to sign up and snag an advance reader copy, be sure to check out the blogger/reviewer page here.
Here’s some info on the book and the link to the preorder. The book comes out 8/28/2018.
Shannon lies to almost everyone she meets. When she gets lost and winds up trapped in an Appalachian valley village, her lies don’t get her far.
Mistwalk Vale may look like a fairy-tale, but nightmares lurk in the shadows. Villagers are dying grisly deaths, their bodies reduced to bones and left in the streets for their friends and family to find. Worse, some people suspect that Shannon is involved. They accuse her of coming from the tribe of vicious earth witches down in the hollow.
A man named Owen believes Shannon is innocent. He tries to protect her as best he can, but there’s only so much he can do. She feels herself falling for him, despite her plan to leave as soon as she gets an opportunity.
Caught between angry mobs and an ancient darkness, she will be forced to fight for her survival. Can she save herself and the village before evil consumes them all?
I go through long spans of time during which nothing really seems to move. I feel like I’m just spinning my wheels, hoping to gain some traction. Then, all of a sudden, rapid fire events occur. This week is leaning toward rapid fire.
I have a review/interview about Pestilence Rising at over at Holly U’s blog, Part of that World.
Another review at Hello-BookLover.tumblr.com
Also, I am equally excited to announce that an audiobook for What the Dead Fear is out. An audiobook! It was narrated by the talented Holly Jackson and is available AT THIS LINK.
I think that’s all for now. I have another announcement for an event in October, but I think I’ll hold off on that for now. No need to tack that business into this business.
